Kalloori is a Master Piece
by ARUNJEYABALAN JEBARAJ on May 14, 2009 10:36 PM

I don't understand why when good movies are made it is not given the status it deserves as you can see with the case of Kalloori. This movie is a Master Piece on my personal View. I have seen Tamanna in her other movies. But in all her other movies she looked like an item girl and i feel only in this movie she looks like the girl next door. As far as Akhil is concerned he is fantastic. The Comedians Bharani and the Duo have also done their job perfectly. Overall the casting is so perfect that the rural Tamilnadu is brought in front of your eyes. It's one of the movies which i had watched for more than 20 times. The songs & LYrics are really superb. In short it's a perfect combination of everything that is required to make a movie successful.
Regards,
Arun

My view
Amazing Movie
by My view on Dec 21, 2007 02:57 AM

What can i say...this movie made me laugh, cry and think! I am so happy there are still sensible AND realistic movies being made. There is no star value to the characters and yet their performance will get 5 stars!

I am enjoying movies of Shankar as a Producer than as a Director. Grandeur has been the other name of shankar when it comes to Direction but, "Top-class" is the other name for the movies he has produced.

Whatever it is Shankar sir, it is very nice of you to have given us such lovely movies!

Hats off Mr Balaji Sakthivel & Director Shankar
by on Dec 17, 2007 03:00 PM

This is after a long time that I have throughly enjoyed a movie and even watched it again for the second time in a gap of a Day's time. The movie is really nice and soothing.

I have a request for Mr. Balaji Sakthivel, Not many of the people over there might enjoy the movie as I did, but please do not stop making such movies or attempts in future. I would also appericate Director Shankar who is the producer of this movie, I bet this movie would not been possible had it not been for Shankar.
