Well, I think Snape is still working for Dumbaldore when he was forced to kill him so as to keep the unbreakable vow he made to Narcissa.That was why Dumbuldore said "please" to him and forced him to kill.
So in the end he will die for Harry.

I always thought harry cannot die. But in her interview, JKR mentioned Hercule Poirot is killed by agatha cristie in her books. This means, Harry is most likely to die after killing voldemort.Who knows, voldemort might have put a spell on himself that if anyone kills him, the killer would die.
