As per his hindi movies Virasat & Her pheri is the best. But in over all Thalavattam(Mallu) is his best.But the joke is that all of them are 100% copiied
Hi, In Priyadarshan's all movies I think Kilukkam(Malayalam) is the best. It carries performances of Jagathi,Revathi and Mohanlal. But Unfortunately it's remake to Hindi (Muskuraahat) is just an average/below average movie.

Priyadarshan may be a good director but that does not give everyone the license to bash when someone points the truth that he is a copycat. Here are some proofs:
1) Doli Sajake rakhna (original: Kathalukku mariyathai (tamil); original diretor: Fazil)
2) Virasat (original: Thevar magan (tamil); original director: Bharathan)
His hindi movies arent his own. THey are remakes of mostly other and some his own movies.
In malayalam he had thenmavin kombathu(muthu in tamil), chithram which were really good. Even if most of the movie is original, he either borrows a main theme or some comedy situations from forieg films.
the priyadarshan movie i like the most is hera pheri as it has much more comedy than any other comedy film.it makes us laugh too much and paresh rawals acting in this film is superve.
