my favourite movie is golmaal.the comedy is very clean and hilarious.although i love all hrishidas movies but of all golmaal,abhimaan have touch my heart.may god rest hrishida`s soul in peace.
hindi cinema has lost a legend, we really miss u hrishida.....his all the movies are my favourite and the most thing i like abt him is, his presentation of common men's life in his movies....he has made us laugh also made us cried, i dont have words to describe abt this legendary man.....many many salute to hrishida.....
Hrishida was the finest director of our times. I enjoyed all his movies though my favorite is Satyakam. I remember I saw that movie when I was a little kid, and I enjoyed a lot. The other day I was watching that movie on a DVD along with my kids, and I equally enjoyed it. This movie is close to my heart -May be deep down at heart I am like the character played by Dharmendra. You can't compare the Hrishida's movies. All are good for different reasons. But I like Namak Haraam most. Amitabh Bachchan has given his lifetime performance in Namak Haraam and in this movie Rajesh Khanna has come to know that his so called 'Superstar' status will be snatched away soon.
I cannot discrimnate any of Hrishida's movie as one better the other as each one had a different message for the viewers. However Chupke Chupke & Abhimaan are my all time favourate movies and I still like watching them repeatedly.The reason for liking is because of there being near to real life experiences such as in Abhimaan the ego clashes of couples being in similar profession is a common incidence and the light and tickling comedy in Chupke Chupke is unforgettable.We can easily Identify ourselves with His movies which were far from Fairy tales or a copy of a Hollywwod Movie
