Of course, no doubt he is a very talented artist, besides having a very good character as a human being. But Bangalore has failed to give him a peaceful/dignified farewell to its all time hero.
Dr. Rajkumar was Icon of Kannada Cinema. Great loss for kannada film industry. Such an versatile actor could perform any acting with ease. Tremendous dialouge delivery. May his depated soul rest in peace.
I take this opportunity to express my deepest sorrow on the demise of my favourite singer Dadasaheb phalke awardee Dr.Rajkumar,I really like his songs and became a fan of his after listening to some beautiful devotional and melliflouous songs of his,since I was born in a generation when Rajkumar has ALMOST called it a day,even now whenever I get a chance,I don't miss his old movies.One of my all time favourites was "Kasthuri Nivasa"... Rajkumar Amar rahe...Jai Karnataka Mathe ,Jai Rajkumar.. Hopefully you will be reborn in karnataka and mesmerise us with your acting once again....
Once it happened about 10years ago i was in St.Marthas hospital to see our neighbours child which was taken ill by nuemonia and at that same time the great actors mother was also taken ill.
There were nobody expect for the great and his wife near there mother and she required milk and the great human being searched for their men and noboby was available.
Then the great person came towards me and asked for a favour to get one litre of milk for his mother, i was so surprised and felt happy that such a great person was asking me a favour, immediately i said yes and brought the milk and gave it to him, he thanked me a lot and gave his phone number and asked me to come to his house for lunch and i could not go because i was still studying at that time and when ever i used to call his home he would answer the phone and would enquire about mine and myfamilys health.
This is it i think we have lost a good humble and caring person other than his acting .
When Mr Rajkumar was abducted by Veerapan and now in the aftermath of his death the rampage by his fans made me think of him in a bad light.I regret coz I came to know Mr Raj kumar the real person from a friend of mine from bangalore and I have now changed my opinion.I have a message for these hooligan fans 'PLZ DO NOT GIVE SUCH A MAN OF GREAT CHARACTER A BAD NAME BY UR DEEDS'.
