I have stopped feeling shocked or surprised at the outcome of the Film awards (it doesnt matter whether they are Zee or Screen or Filmfare awards). It is more often than not, that only a select few (prefixed ones) who repeatedly get the awards every year whether it is in the best actor or best actress or best music or best director awards. How else does one explain that an utterly overrated film like Devdas has won so many awards and a classic film like Legends of Bhagat Singh did not even earn a nomination let alone win an award. Shahrukh is boringly repetitive and as for Ash, she is a mere beautiful but an utterly dumb actress. They dont deserve even a nomination let alone win an award. But these partialities are nothing new for Filmfare It has happened so many times in the past too; How else performers like Dharmaendra had never won a single best actor award (except for his life time achievement award), considering his good looks apart, what a superb actor he is. I was really teary eyed after listing to the acceptance speech he had given then. Amir Khan was also pissed off by this attitude of Filmfare and had stopped attending the function.
I HAVE LIKED SHARUKH RIGHT FROM HIS DEBUT IN SERIALS.HE IS THE BEST OF ALL.HE IS THE ONE WHO HAS ALL THAT AN ACTOR SHOULD HAVE.HE IS THE REAL MASTER.NO ONE CAN BE COMPARED TO HIM.
My opinion is that these awards are lobbied only to award some people. srk was never first choice of most of the people for the best actor award.the obvious and unanimous choice was ajay devgan.
Ajay Devgan and AMIR kHAN ARE CRORE TIMES BETTER IN ACTING THEN SRK, HE IS GOOD BUT NOT AS THAT DEVGAN AND AMIR ARE. Devdas doesnt deserve any award besides best costumes(maybe sets also) but nothing in the category of best film,direction,acting,songs.
Filmfare awards are rigged, well what can you expect from awards that are sponsered by communist company(TOI)maybe thats the reason devdas won so many awards(Bengal Connection)lol..
in the film industry there is rarely good actors are present now.among this rare specimens shahrukh has proved his genius capability.so he is the best.
