It seems that your are a MODI hater and is ready to denounce any of his actions no matter how good it is for the common man and Country. Yes, there will be little inconvenience for all for a shorter period but it does not mean that Modi should not have done what he did i.e. putting Black Money out of the system with his one master stroke.
You have written your article with lots of malices and have wrongly claimed that there is no clear-cut guidelines from the finance ministry on how much cash banks could accept at one go, where as the fact is Banks have been instructed to accept any amount if deposited in one's account. You also claimed that Banker advised you that weekly withdrawal limit is Rs. 10,000/- which is again incorrect as it is Rs. 20,000/- per week. You also claimed that you were told that all 100 Rs. notes were exhausted by the time you reached the counter. Bro! you were number 21 and assuming that each person before you withdrew the maximum permissible amount of Rs. 10,000/-, it means withdrawal of Rs. 2,00,000/- in 100 Rupee Currency. No way, 100 Rs. note can be exhausted at that Branch, unless you want to propagate negativity. Please do your homework before writing such fake articles. and yes, MODI is going to win Next election no matter how much false information you and your cronies propagate.

So called journalists like him have hate for Modi Because Ashrafis a Muslim. Ashraf has not slyly declared how many 500 Rs demoninations he had. He has no word of reprimand for the Pakis who are sending these notes to the Hurriyat for paying to the stone pelters.

There is no reason for that hate from the writer. You would realize that when you think why you hate this particular writer. That's it.
Secondly, he just wrote it, giving the difficulties people are undergoing. It is a fact that people have to wait (particularly in towns/cities) for hours together (may be for more than 4/5 hours together just to draw / deposit cash). It is a fact and people are facing it. All may complain but since such phenomena is of temporary in nature, people would ignore it, may be taking it sportingly.
So, just like that, ignore this writer. There is no valid reason to abuse him because whatever he had written was truth but take it sportingly.
