If your read between the lines, it becomes clear that Shourie is well aware of how the spectrum sale is being used/misused by Mr. Raja precisely because he is the one who had started it. No wonder he wanted to inform the PM the route taken Mr. Raja in the entire episode. We know Mr. Souries track record as the one who sold the Centure hotel to a friendly private Management and the Balco episode.

Shourie was silent when his partymen were looting the pramod mahajan scam but at the time when congress were doing the same thing he came up and started using his claims that all are looting hidding and being silent is also a deed of guilt. If he is baliming PM of guilty to be silent than he is also guilty. Whether Congress or BJP both parties have a particular ideology they work for that and loot public money donot think that BJP will no involve in corruption.The initiative has to be taken by public who should not tolerate corruption and believe in nonsense this parties make you believe. People should through these both parties who have something or other excessive which is not required of the nation. People's development should be of utter importance not any party or its ideology. Jai hind.

But the current telecom minister has said that there was zero loss!!!!! Why are you blaming poor Shourie when your party's man is telecom minister and he stressed that there was zero loss!!!

Because 'Raja' is innocent, while 'Shorie' is the 'Primary Accused' who has departed from the rational, righteous and sensible procedure of an 'Open Tender'.
His disinvestment policy of 'First come first served' policy is either outright 'Criminality' or a 'Nonsense conceived by an idiot'.
Ask any clerk in any Government department. No self-respecting Clerk would do what Shorie had done with the help of BJP Government under Vajapayee and Telecom Minsiter Pramod Mahajan.
Yes, it is true that 'Kapil Sibal' says there is a 'Zero Loss' for Telecom department in 2G case and CAG has come out with a figment of its imagination.
But 'Kapil Sibal' also have stated like a sensible individual that 'First Come First Serve' policy is a 'Criminal Blunder'.
I am not saying 'Raja' is clean. I am saying he just followed what Arun Shorie, Vajpayee and Pramod Mahajan has done in robbing the country clean of 2 Lakhs Crores.
India should first get out of nasty political, caste and religious considerations while 'Criminal Accusation' is leveled against somebody.
Then how else can we achieve a clean society, let alone a nation?
If BJP and RSS guys are true to India, they should forget Arun Shorie's, Vajpayee's and Mahajan's party affiliations. They should see what they did and whether it is right or wrong.
The same thing holds good with regard to congress and DMK.
If we are not doing this, then one should not call his or herself 'Good Indians' or 'Patrio

The problem is not BJP or Congress. The problem is us the people. These politicians come from within our society. Until the mindset of people changes and they start putting the right people in parliament nothing is going to change. When I say mindset, it means do not bribe to get petty things (get gas cylinder earlier, bribe the electricity guy to doctor your meter), pay taxes as appropriate, not get into corrupt practices like demand or give black money for any transaction, ensure that one doesen't spoil the sourroundings by throwing waste out on the roads....the list will go on. We the people must stand united and do the right things. Everyone knows what any why Sibal is saying, the issue is saying things will not have any impact till real action is taken. We have seen the last 60 years what actions have been done on the ground. We wouldn't be such a mess!!

Thank you 'DeeBee' for your understanding.
But I want to differ with you on your contention that everybody should be 'Honest Taxpayers'.
Because, 'Tax Evasion' is caused by a 'Government' with a foolish policy of 'Heavy Taxation'. Make the country 'Tax Free', 'Reduce the Government workforce' for the sake of who's salaries 'Taxes' are levied like hell, then see what happens. India will grow like anything.
Another important Indian failure lies in its 'Monetary Policy' of getting 6% interest returns for all money the Government printed, prints and is gonna print.
This nonsense 'Interest' based monetary policy is the cause of all ills from 'Farmer Suicide' to 'Rich and Poor' divide.
Even a labor leader in Brazil like Lula could get out of this 'Interest based Banking' policy, making his country, politically, economically and industrially a 'Regional Superpower' today.
