In the past, GOI has several times cut down on the excise duty etc. to make vehicles and 2 wheelers cheaper for the buyer. But the manu- facturers are greedy and seldom pass on the benefit to the customer. The strategy of most car manufturers, esp. Maruti is to raise their vehicle prices in Jan/Feb so that if the budget helps them cut prices, they come back to the original prices prevalent before the budget. This hypocrisy has been in motion for several years now on a recurring basis. How will GOI ensure that the reductions really get passed on to the consumers ?

Step 3a. Most of the Poor & Middle (P&M) class will starve/struggle to death.
Step 4. For still surviving & struggling P&M class- divert their attention to a) 20-20 cricket b) separate state demands c) Bollywood d) religious conflicts/ unnecessary hatred d) Political Gimmicks (like somebody travelling train / bus/ walking/ etc etc)..by shrewd command over all MEDIA channels :) e) Saas Bahu Kahani's/Masala News & f) Most Importantly.. Gambling (Read Dalal Street)
Step 5. Invite LOT of FII / foreign funds (read loans/ debt trap) in ALL sectors to make everyone FEEL economy is bHOOOOming
Step 6. Make basic education (at least 10th) costly & unreachable for P & M class (.. So that this P & M class continue blind voting & REMAIN Gullible)
Step 7. Make housing (read maukan) inaccessible to (the rest surviving) P & M community.
Step 8. Now with all P & M community either perished or gone, the country is left with all rich & prosperous people.

no honey its not our duty. Its election commissioner and Supreme Courts duty that the wrong candidates dont get election card for competing in the elections. Most of the probles is solved!
Criteria for Personal Loan should be made easier for people working in Private Firms.At Present itis very difficult for them to get it from both National & Private Banks.
Though people pay income tax, they are punished for it , not rewarded. How? More income you have, more is your tax slab! This persuades any person to evade tax as there is no incentive for him to disclose more. People who are contributing tremendously for our economy are getting nothing in return. Why cant finance minister make it more lucerative to pay more tax? Why cant he give special concessions for those who pay tax beyond a particular limit? How about spl concession for travelling in train for those who build India by paying imore income tax. Why not call it a nation builder quota? Let people paying IT more than Rs 10 lakh be eligible for it. Let people paying more tax be recognised as such. How about someone paying tax of Rs 1 crore or more be eligible for spl nation builder concession on air fares of national airlines over and above regular concessions. We need to make people who contribute proud for what they are doing. Our finance minister must implement it this time. Every Indian will feel proud to have a finance minister who makes them fel elated for their contribution...
