A Salaries Employee gets an exemption on School Fees Only to the tune of Rs. 14000/- The Books, Uniform, Shoes etc is presumed to be given by the School free of cost. Hence the FM is Serious over EDUCATION should give a thoughtful exemption. SAVE TAX SAVE INDIA AND INDIAN CHILDREN ALONGWITH THE PARENTS.

01. Since Govt. wants promotion of the housing sector, deduction towards repayment of principal towards Housing Loan, and Interest on Housing Loan should be fully exempted. It is a must.
02. Similarly payment towards Life Insurance should be fully exempt i.e. under E E E and Not E E T.

03. Tax Exemption limit should be minimum Rs. 5 lakhs.

Black money runs the parallel economy in India. Black money originates from bribe. Corruption goes unabated in the system. Curb the corruption, no need to burden the commoner with present structure. Any corruption, small or big, should be dealt with severely and should be awarded highest punishment. This will eradicate the evil substantially if not fully.

black money can be and dealing can be removed by:
1) making mandatory all transactions electronic.... rather no higher denomination notes available
2) only small denomination currency to be made available e.g. till Rs.100/- or Rs.50/-

Age of Sr Citizen

Age of Sr Citizen = 60 Yrs {Railways}
Age of Sr Citizen = 65 Yrs { I.T.Deptt.}
Please standardise the age of Sr Citizen as 60 Yrs both for Railways and I.T.Deptt.

Sir,
There should be a common figure for age of a person to be treated as Sr Citizen, both by Railways and Income Tax Department.This should be done this year as both belong to GOI. Thanks

Increase in Income Tax Slab

Dear Sir,

I would request you to increase the Income Tax slab from the present limit of Rs 1.6 lakhs to 2 lakhs. Also the amount available for deduction u/s 80C should be enhance to Rs 1.5 lakhs from the next financial year. This will enable the common man to save the burden of tax and to beat the inflation.
