stop issuing income tax refund, this will solve corruption. for those to whom income tax refund is to be issued, the amount should be allowed to adjust in the future years.
Say for eg.one comman man is paying tax for 15 years. What is the benefit he is getting being a good citizen. I am afraid its not infrastucture , education , electricity , fuel , quality food , medicine ,etc.... Think about people who avoid tax by some means he can do things of his own & tax are used in the name of reforms & stimulas for who does't perform well. So every body has to pay tax and he should be recognised for being a good citizen and do something really good to them. Atleas
