Similarly S.80D deduction for medical insurance premia may be increased to Rs.25,000 from the existing Rs.15,000, so that people may take a family insurance plan.

Dear Sir, FBT have been removed. This leads to more tax burden on individual salaried employees. We should think of ways to increase taxes through taxing more number of people, rather than taxing salaried people heavily. The black money still remains untaxed with the tax policies. One thought could be to tax all investments including property. Money, black or white, is going to be invested somewhere. Thank you and regards, Diwaker

Income up to 2.5 Lacs should be tax free and from 2.5 Lac to 5 Lac should be 10%.That will enhance the cash flow in the market.Because most of the middle class employees do saving forcely. This will increase the purchasing power of middle class employees. Also for ladies govt. employees income of Rs. 3 Lacs. should be tax free.
