Govt servants posted more than 1500 km away from home town should be exempted for the expenditure to meet the travel related activities to visit hometown atleast one trip every year. As LTC to visit home town is once in four years only
Dear Sir, Even if this means political suiside,for the sake of country please remove all cross subsidies.Let not the money from petrol go to subsidise the diesel and lpg and others.Let the user pay for what he uses.If it needs individual grant from govt let it be.So that the benefit will not go to illegal migrants like bangladeshis and all . regards
It is pathetic to see the arrangement of Tax Structure of the Salaried Class below 10 lac annual income. Please form a new structure to give relief to these people and also urge them to save more by introducing / modifying more tax free investments.
India is a country with a population of 25 crore below poverty line. The aged and sick people belongs to this category are living with difficulties. So importance should be given for avoiding malnutrition, providing healthcare and a minimum pension of Rs.1000/- per month to all people above 60 years of age

MAT of 2% on gross assets (proposed in DTC) is capital destructive. At one stroke it will kill NBFCs who operate at a Net Interest Margin of 2%. It will mean that I will have to pay taxes even if I incur a loss. Even Goondas and Hafta wallas show more mercy.
