This is the most stupidous way of luring. Why should the education expenses to go up? What Government will do for all these years. Free education from KG to PG will confine only to slogan and election promise? The country will never reach a position right to free education.

There is no free education anywhere in the world for Higher Studies i.e. above 12th standard.
The rates will definitely go up because world population is growing thus demand for resources will grow and that in turn increase inflation.
and inflation have direct impact over value of Money.
i.e. Today's 1 Re was a handsome amount 70 years back from now, people use to buy good amount of ration in 50 paisa. But today value of 1 Re is nothing, and same will follow in future where chances are that 10 Re will loose it's value.
