Tell us first, why you started with Ms Smriti Irani. Obviously, she is the best dressed of all. See the master: despite his roots, he is an Indian first; else, why would be display the Indian Tricolour.
Those who talk of her not being graduate forget to remember (Late)-Bharat Ratan K. Kamraj with his primary education only proved as a best education minister in an intellectual state of Madras-now Tamilnadu.

Why can't another person be compared with Kamaraj? Did he drop from heaven? Was he the eleventh avatar of Sri Vishnu?

Priyarya's comments are right in place. You need to know where, when and how Kamaraj started public service and the chimes of time then and why we should not compare him with Smriti. What is discussed here is irrelevant when relevance is possible. Smriti could have be allocated with another portfolio. If there is reservation with MMJ, why not Pon Radhakrishnan who has a clean image as well.

OLDEN DAYS STORIES NOT TO BE TOLD HERE.WE HAVE ENOUGH QUALIFIED N EXPERIENCED PERSONS TO HEAD MINISTRIES
No problem in alloting any other ministry of less importance to her to gain experince, but alloting HRD ministry to an inexperienced person will create problems for at least 2years as she has to grasp the total system operation & changes required with consequences.
Time is 5 years if some one will take 2 years to learn & then act it will be late.It is not wise always to depend on the bureaucrats & act.

Yes you are right except familiarisation period 2 yrs mentioned. It would be much more than it.
Education is not often the certificate given by any University. An undergraduate may have good knowledge than a graduate.Circumstances would have lead someone to discontinue academic education. As far as Smriti Irani is concerned she has good knowledge of the national issues, her communication skills are excellent in Hindi and English. If I am asked to rate her intelligence she is above average, hence she deserves that position.
Re: Education Criteria

I do agree degrees or PGs do not suffice to deliver, but this portifolio is critical at this point in time.
I am ashamed to find such an issue to be voted by the people. Is it a criterion or people are supposed to become as cheap and worthless as to vote for such laughable things?
