Kajol has the luxury of financial backing. Not all women are as lucky as her. Majority of women work as they don't have a choice. Much as they would love to be home and take care of the child, they do not have the luxury to indulge in this dream.
The first three years are very very important in a child for emotional bonding with Mother. Working women should weigh the pros and cons of leaving their kids away in this period.

Actually REAL WOMEN DO NOT WORK. Women can plan kids properly when really needed, instead of acting like baby producing machines.
