The efforts by these young men are commendable. This is especially true in a highly literate state like Kerala which is notorious for its cannibalistic labour unions which has made it an industrial backward state despite its commendable social indices.
Congrats to these youngsters for their efforts to turnaround this situation.

All the best young guys. The problem in Kerala is not only unionism but also the political structure of the state. If it is the Congress, they have this superiority complex, the communist to resist whatever the congress and the BJP says. The Muslim league is only interested in the causes of their selfish politicians and the rigid views of their leaders such as suppression of women and look the other way towards terrorism. The Kerala Congress views are we are not bothered whatever you do but leave our churches, community and leaders. Nairs’ NSS will talk only ideology. SNDP’s leader (there is only one leader, i.e. Vellapalli Natesan, who else?) do not talk and warn not to touch his community and he should be left for whatever he want to do. And the Keralites will do wonderfully well outside Kerala and will never prosper inside Kerala.
I am really glad to read the hardwork these guys are doing to improve the life of weavers and also wish them the very best to achieve their goal. May u sustain all odds of the labour problems which is a shame in the fully literacy state.
