to the young folks, who think investments and savings are not for them....guys think again. you must have a plan B. so better be prepared than be sorry. It doesnt have to be a doomsday preparation..just enough for you to get going when the patches are rough and touch

Do I really take all the burden of loans and borrowings and savings to buy a house ? I have seen all my friends go bald_and_aged by borrowing money to buy properties.But I look very young and active.They ask me what is the secret ? My secret is I do not have any loan,I did not give any loan except where it is very necessary and the person concerned is in real distress,I do not have a credit card,I do not invest in share market,for me NSC,FD,gold,etc are sufficient to invest. I focus my energy in seing the beauty of nature,spend quality time with kids and family,have fun all the time.
My parents already built a big house brick by brick over 20-25 years in their life time and my family stays in that house with my parents.We two brothers occupied one floor each.Really,do I need to take the headache now and buy one house?

ok, thats another view. But believe me it wont take much time to change that view. Time, as you know, is a great teacher. What is today, is not the same tomorrow. It is good that you are leading a stress free life filled with FUN. really good. however, needs of your family (kids , spouse) wont be the same as you grow. Just watch out and have a PLAN B. all the best.
