So the gist is two consenting adults can act like two animals in heat and satiate their desire without a thought to the psychological consequences of their actions?
Even in more promiscuous countries we have instances of teen pregnancies, increased STD's, broken homes etc and the genesis of all of this is wanton physical congress with another consenting adult without a thought to what else can happen...
The point here is that in developed nations there are systems that provide proper education and support to kids in school to learn and understand about what are the consequences and yet there are issues therefore in a country like India the complexities increase manifold and mere consent without thought is not enough....
every one, any where and every where should be free to fullfill his or her sexual desires with any one of his or her own choice....Thats what every one wishes to do....

it is felt at times the judgments are personnel views of judges. n do not represent the views of society at large, or do not hv evidences to prove so. especially in social contexts.
