I have took report for cibil score before 45 days my score is 719 till now the same scoreis there iwant to know time period for cibil updation

My cibil score is 705 and having outstanding credit card bil which passed due date. If I pay my outstanding bill now, Wil my cibil score increase?

I applied the loan for the first time for 1,50,000 with 2 year tenure.due to your CIBIL score loan has not passed.
I have been working with 5 year in PVT organization and my current Salary is 32000 PM. then how they rejected my loan application.

Please suggest me how could i come out from this situation
