some places are really different ..makes a change.
it can make a difference in your attitude. also you can get some new ideas. india is good to travel because food and cultures etc are quite different from state to state.

at least 75% states do not have electricity for 12-15 hrs a day in june and july. then what do u do with your "dabba" known as "AC" when it works.?
may be you will advice to buy a 5 kw diesel generator so that your AC can run during power cut ! in that case kindly work out your cost of fuel.
nothing to replace a good,comfortable holidays in hills,during summer.

Kaziranga and Corbett should be excluded since it will be terribly hot during May - June. And people from South are unnecessary getting angry...the topic is Must Visit in Summer and hence many parts of South India is excluded...

Since the author has covered only North and North-East the title should have been apt. South India does have many places to cool ourselves. They should have been included.

Goa & Gujarat is too hot during summer. In MP/Maharashtra there are very less hill stations and in comparision to Uttarakhand / HP / North East height of hills are too low.
