It is best ever credit card service i did received till date. i am using Platinum credit card since 4 yrs and there was not a single issue airse out of it. They will assist you in each and every aspects like ur card upgradation, statement, timely alerts. After earning apprx. 9000 reward points, nowhere I paid them single extra penny as any charges levied or hidden charges. HDFC master credit card rocks.
Does any body have the contact details Customer care manager, AVP sales of SBI credit card? They are the worst and are spoling the name of SBI. If you send e-mail, there will be no response, if you call customer care number, the result is same. Anyone could you please, let me know their corporate office or any other office of SBI card? I shall award people providing the right information. Look forward to you rediff readers.

I tried all ways to get this card. Asked in banks, and even called customer care. Nobody even cares to give proper information. They say in the SBI branches that they don't even have the application forms. I even talked to customer care guys and asked them to send the application. They said they will send but it never came. Ridiculous service!
One has to be very careful in accepting credit cards from banks . In my case , Axis Bank Guwahati aggressively issued me with a Credit Card. Afew months back while making a payment to a service provider through the card on-line , the transation failed . The message was "transaction failed due to technical reasons". The amount was debited from my account , but now not traceable . To my horror the Axis Bank refused any responsibility saying that iC.Card is handled by a different organisation.and that there are no representatives here in Guwahati . Even the bank did not know who to contact because the transaction was handled by a faceless entity called "pay TM care" , whioh does not have any contact details . It's five months now and the amount is still not traceable .My next step is to go to the Ombudsman .

Axis bank is one of the worst bank as per my experience with them. Their punchline should be ---- When there is Axis bank there is always a problem ..

Be extremely careful about Axis Bank issued credit cards. I was issued one after aggressive pitch by the Bank . After that , their responsibility ended . I recently lost a chunk of money during an online payment for services by the Visa credit card issurd to me . To my horror I found that the Axis Bank does not accept any resposibility , saying that , it is a separate organisation . The payment gateway " Pay TM care" is a faceless organisation , and one can only talk to a computer.Even the Axis Bank authorities do not seem to know how to connect to them . This is my actual experience in Guwahati .
