These bikes are definitely death machines on indian roads..with our poor quality roads and poor and irresponsible driving habits of indians we are not yet ready for this kind of bikes..there have been a spate of accidents recently on these bikes esp celebrity kids like Azhars son in hydbad...the best bikes for indians i beleive is the sub 100cc range..which are safe riding below 60km/hr
they have talked all things about these bikes 250 & 650 cc. but the price. do these japanese guys dont know how important is the price factor in the indian market?? i dont believe this. or is this article meant to be a teaser for the public??? rediff should make sure they also specify the price of a product (at least in the four-five metros) when they publish such a big article with elaborate info and photos. otherwise the whole exercise is futile.

Paid article everyone knows Kawasaki Ninja is such a big flop in India due to the price factor even though its a good bike...

I believe they're talking about sales in the superbike market. not the regular market. Ducatis and Harleys have still not made it as successfully as the Kawasakis. I do believe in this article.
