i am working at PSU at non ex level also i dn't have sound academic , even then i am much self motivated to pursue my dreams at IIM . can any IIM s will give me one fair chance to prove with such a background ? only practical n feasible answer expected

Agreed he has done well in CAT.But I believe its too early to feature him as the portal that he has setup I believe is no great shakes
