For the CMO of a company, that is a pretty ordinary salary...i know investment bankers in their late 20s in Merrill and Goldman who make upto 80 lakhs per annum to even 1 crore per annum....she is actually quite an ordinary story...rediff pls don't make her into some kind of a major success story.......and i can assure you that she is not special, cos if she were she wouldn't be wasting her time in a third grade company like Wipro......

earning from own work is far better than earning from naukri. Can u dare to start your own business if you are getting this salary until any company gives you pink slip. I am sure people like you can't do this type of dare

I think that you are very over confident & u cannot accept the things that other people can do.
Quitting 60 lakhs job is relatively easy. You have earned enough for your livelihood and then you quit for a new venture. Real boldness is in quitting a job of 5 lakhs per annum with 15lakhs home loan on head & two kids,a housewife to feed.
