Very good point missed by the author. Being a HR person, I should not make this statement, but lately realised this is the most required capability for any employee. One can easily grow and surive if one has these qualities. However, these qualities are also unique and every one cannot possess these and cannot acquire even by experience or any hardwork. They have to come by birth.
