I have been refunded an incorrect amount 2290/- inspite of claimed & approved by IT Deptt.8485/- rupees for the year 2009-2010 under Pan No.AERPT9580P.I have given application in written to Mr.Daljeet Singh Income Tax officer,ward-2 shimla on 09-09-2010 & having a copy of it.Kindly help me to get the pending amount with IT deptt.Since it have been a long time,I was advised to wait for two month for getting pending amount. 09318074777
My IT refund for the year 2007-08 is yet to be settled. Every thime I enquire about my refund, the ITO replies that they are in need of manual cheque book and until they receives that, they cannot pay me the refund!!!!!
First write to the concerned ITO and obtain acknowledgement in the letter. Wait for one month, if he doesn't responds then write to the IT Ombudsman alongwith a copy of the acknowledgement of the letter to the ITO and IT return acknowledgement.
I was told by ITO that there has been two Incomtax return in my name and the software has already settled one return. The strange thing is that I only filled in one return with relevant documents. The refund for the 2008-9 is yet not setteled. The ITO says he is persuing with higher office for my refund.Hoe is this possible ? Can any body with incometax office explain me?
I REQUEST THE FM TO GIVE RATE AT 36% FOR THE DELAYS IN I T REFUND, AND I AM VERY SURE THAT THERE WILL NOT BE ANY DELAY IF THIS AMOUNT OF RATE OF INTERES IS GIVE FOR DELAYS FROM THE GOVERNMENT SIDE. MAKE IT IF U CAN SIRJI
