All these 10 points to start with ...taken from consultation of many who are already reached 30. Then only it is possible to write all these things ...I think some are thinkable.. some are awkward at this time.. Dont know may be we can acccept afterwards.. Finally i believes that.. Do what ever you want in life and dont blame a single one after getting the result.. experience evrything in life.. Life is not of enjoyment.. not of moody things.. I think you missed point number 6 there. That point itself says do whatever you want, just list it first so you know what you want to do. This is not the bible that you have to follow. It's just to make sure that you won't regret about something that you always wanted to do but now you can't as you are pass 40s.
And personally, I don't think the given things are too difficult to do, I am doing almost all of them and doing things that you want to do makes you feel good, specially once you move to middle age.
