I am also victim of vodafone mobile. I had returned to India from USA after about three years. I bought prepaid card. Soon after activation, caller tunes were also activated without asking. When ccomplained to customer service, it was informed that it will take 24 hrs to de activate the caller tunes, but it did not at one pretext or the other. Vodafone deducted rs 45 out of prepaid balance. My customer service calls were also disabled. Soon I decided not to recharge the number and I migrated to TATA. Vodafone cheated me for about 150 INR.

It happened to me too, the useless vodafone dog song got activated, god knows how and they charged me 360, 30 RS per month, when i asked to the franchise to ask this they said you must have activated it. Such b**turds are these cell phone providers, just kick in their A$$E$ They are here to just loot the money
