I am an example for this. Now I dont have job and alone in my room. I always think abt sex. I have become like an addict. Now i am thinking of doing yoga every day to control my thoughts.

I do not have a solution. All so-called solutions work only for a short time. Eventually, your biological instincts will get the better of you. The sooner you accept this as your cursed fate, the better.
