i am getting calls from ICICI asking for payment. I do not have any cards. I keep telling them but continue to receive calls. someone has entered my number wrong in their system. what should i do legally to sue them.

Credit cards are like cancer, if they are part of life, they will eat life. If we want just to user online transactions and roam cash free, debit cards are better choice. No hassels of being in any debt. I used credit cards for almost 9 years, recently unsubscribed all (with great difficulty), life now is simple and sweet.

While in the army, my Commanding Officer told his officers that they should read the contents before signing as otherwise, a day may come when the officer will sign his own death warrant!
To prove his point he made the Head Clerk insert a letter saying, "I order the officer to be hanged till death" amidst the other mails to a certain officer. True to the prediction, the officer signed the letter too!

nicely said. Loans and credit cards come with a bitter and harsh truth of recovery, in the unprofessional way from the banks
