I am wondering ..where is Rajsthan's Daal Bati, it is hugely popular and reach in test, surely better than "Breakfast and filter coffee in Chennai" or "The Fish Curry in Cochin " i can say it ..coz i have never saw it in general hotel in any part of india

Guys... here they have not mentioned the origin but they are mentioning the genuinity and right city where you get to eat them. Why claim patents for idli's and dosa's. The typical brahmin hotels in the triplicane and mylapore parts of chennai are unbeatable.

Yes then they should have included Udupi where Masala Dosa was originated and Karantaka as Idli was first mentioned in Kannada literature.

Of course we are! We love ourselves!!! And let's admit it...we have always been superior compared to the entire planet!!! WooHOOOO!!!!
We built houses and colonies when the entire world was just full of nomads. We knew about most discoveries loooong ago! We started surgery looong back!! The world's first dam and university existed in India (yes! yes!! yes!!!)
And let's admit it....Indian food with all the spices ROCKS!!!
