I go with a hope that we all will do whatever we can to make our country a even better place to live... Negative thoughts and comments do good to none... they only cause anger and depression... Congratulations and way to go Akanksha. First of all I hope you will continue to strive to make significant contributions in Physics or even another field. Secondly I hope these kinds of achievements will inspire the general society to be scientific and rational in their outlook and way of life.
People like these stature should be called Indian Idols. Nothing wrong in hailing them or worshipping them instead of dumb actors or sports persons. People like this will push the standard of thinking atleast not the living upwards.
