We do have great ideas and vision but with the given ground realities (i.e. fast increasing population, almost legalised corruption, naxalism and maoism, climatic destruction etc) will we reach 2020 to enjoy the fruits. Even if we reach will greedy politicians and mighty beaurocracy will let it happen?
If in 2020 small farmers are going to use smart-phones why can't they use laptop and internet to directly access the information? If information needs to be transferred to the small farmers there already are so many methods to transfer. If information needs to be transferred in a cheaper and faster method I feel TV and FM beats these innovation hands down.
