You need Good Luck to Clear Interviews alongwith some knowledge of the Subject.

If you dnt have luck on your side you cant clear any interview even if you are BILL GATES or MURTHY .

I have seen this with Lot Of my friends

Good & relevant points. But there are instances also where the interviewer are not skilled enough to take the interviews. This happens in the I.T. & ITes & services Industry, where the Young H.R. interviewers lack seriousness & skills
