If you want Indian women should progress, then you should request your complete family to Drink Alcohol. This is why our respected Congress leader started "Pub Bharo" Abhijan.

you have decided for now whom to vote. if drunks like are there in congress. then better to vote for bjp.
Even before BJP government in Karnataka was sworn in; there was this incident of Padmapriya found hanging. Padmapriya was the wife of BJP MLA Raghupathi Bhat, close to Acharya, the state Home Minister who not only let Raghupathi Bhat prowl free all but scuttled the murder case.
Then a month later, BJP turned its back on farmers on whose support they rode into power. How did BJP reward them? Shoot them through their heart!
Then came the Vote-of-Confidence. The state BJP goons attacked their own MLAS for voting for the Nuclear deal.
Then they set loose their goons on peaceful Christians and attack churches length and breadth of the state.
Two months back, SRS goons attacked a college bus carrying a cosmopolitian bunch girl students. No action taken. Emboldened came the horrific pub attack. This was immediately followed up by attacking a Hindu girl for having a Muslim boyfriend.
What can we expect from a CM who is alleged to have murdered his own wife to keep Shobha Karandlaje who is the unofficial Dy CM of the state???
Apparently they have more to offer:
Bangalore TV newschannel: News9 recently exposed how BJP Minister of IT's son (goon) grabbed land and put armed goons to ward off the real owner. Police refused to act. But sustained media campaign made the khakhi chaddi goons to back down.
No need to pull this BJP goons down. The BJP is cooking their own goose in Karnataka: Promise Ram Rajya; Deliver Ravan Rajya

you are selective like laloo. why don't you join railways. you can easily drive a goods train full of twisted truth stories.

Twisting truthmight be your character. Laloo's turning around the railway is a much in-depth researched phenamenon. For the first time in Indian History, Indian Railways contributed to the exchequer instead of receiving subsidies!

no research underwent into turnaround. Only political intervention and corruption was removed to the extent possible.
Any company does not goes down due to worker but, due to wrong decisions of higher ups.

these people were shaken the images shown on TV and they dicided to send pink panties. How many instead of sarcastic, in reality sent clothes to the real needy people or have done something worth while. Have they proptested outside malaysian embassy or email their protest for banning yoga on a flimsy ground. now again yoga has been allowed again after appeasement of malyasian authority.

Spoken like a true Khakhi chaddiwallah. Don't like the message, shoot the messenger. You knickerwallahs are pathetic!

pathetic are the people who want their women folks to be drunk and high on acid. wake up rajan. Mangalore is not bangalore or mumbai. You can never equate the sense and emotions of mangalore if you are thinking in terms of big metro. In big metros people do not even now the names of their next door neighbour. But small towns still people now each other by first names. This is put under pressure by metro folks on the small towns. its easy protest against everything, thats the in thing. but now recession bring out the true colours of the lifestyle.

You are bothered that a lady drinks and not when they are sexually molested and physically attacked in broad daylight.
If you have anything against drinking that is fine. What is not fine is that you try shove it down other people's throats using violence and outraging women's modesty.

okay next time around tell these fat modesty to go pub cruising at night with ren chaudh.
cigarettes/beedis/supari with immediate effect. It is the leading cause of lung cancer/TB/still births(if Husband is a smoker) and we can immediately save millions of lives every year. THis Pub thing is a small issue hardly frequented by 0.1 percent of population.
Re: Re: we should ban
by Cool on Feb 11, 2009 11:51 PM
wrong, the pink chaddie muthalic who is the custodian of indian culture should focus of banning cigarette beedi pan alcohol from society than playing these publicity stunts
Re: Re: we should ban
by rajan a on Feb 11, 2009 11:42 PM
Wrong. You don'y buy new chaddis for goos like Muthalik. Used, soiled embedded with strands of hair is what he deserves and will deserve!
How many would you like to see your brother sister cousins, parents relatives walking out of a pub drunk. People used to shun going to bars earlier . Now the coinage of the word bar into pub has made it diffrent. In reality its still daaru ka adda. Most of these pubs in small towns really seedy shady places. Even major metros have pubs which are really seedy places. The lights are kept dim, the areas smoke filled and wiff of grass is evident in most of the pubs.
Re: how many.
by Bitter Truth on Feb 11, 2009 11:36 PM
You are right. People encouraging pub should be put behind bars. Actuslly those supporting it and raising rhetoric are the somes who always try to be politically right and find it fashionable to oppose anything which is remotely connected to some hindu organisation. Just wait and watch how many of these dimwits speak up when such things are carries out by other fanatic groups. Hypocrits!!
Re: how many.
by Lake shark on Feb 11, 2009 11:31 PM
in most of the cases the pubs are usually owned by politicians or powerful strongman. The police usually keep off these places. they get their hafta. so be cool. What was so bad with smoking hukka. In mumbai it was shut down, why, it was affecting students.
Re: how many.
by Cool on Feb 11, 2009 11:57 PM
taxes from alcohol and cigarette are good revenue for all state govts and central govt. so now which govt will completley ban all sources of alcohol including IMFL oulets. i dont think any govt will. so there is no point iN making people stop going to pub and bar when no govt is ready to ban alcohol. if people stop drinking how will the govt get these huge taxes.
but how can you stop others from going ? to do that we need to enact a law, and to enact a law we need the mandate from people, and the LAW should not violate fundamental rights either or the supreme court will strike it down.If nothing is done and people are prevented by extra constitutional entities(ie goondas) it becomes jungle raj just like in SWAT valley.
hi friends, y to waste our time keeping awake late nite on these guys who r restless during the day and are peacefully sleeping now on thier sophisticated bed? those guys must be sleeping now..and heer we r keeping our eyes opend with big yawns writing or msging on them!! O! i shud hv thot abt it early..any way, i hvn't got anymore time to waste for them..so gud nite.!!!
We have seen reactions against ram sene and muthalik. the maximum reactions were from political parties and major metros. have got reaction from the people of mangalore. do they support this pub culture in their neighbourhood. do they want their children drinking in pubs. if my observation is right, non of the reactions and comments have come from manglorians. the whole of india is giving opinion on their behalf. let the pink chaddi gifters remember, that mangalore is a small town. small towns have their own culture.
Re: reaction
by Kumar Venkat on Feb 11, 2009 11:17 PM
yes small towns are full of beedi smokers and supari eaters, which kill a huge number of people every year.
Re: Re: Re: reaction
by Kumar Venkat on Feb 11, 2009 11:21 PM
so beedi smoking is part of our ancient culture ? but not pub going ? which is more dangerous ? Pubs are hardly frequented by top 1 percent of population, what about others? beedis are smoken by many many more.
Re: Re: Re: Re: reaction
by reformer reformer on Feb 11, 2009 11:30 PM
So why theese 1% population are making huge CRY.. as if this is women oppression. Just call its movement for "Pub Women". Don't relate it to entire women
