the fraud of these customer cares are so rampent that if u want to make a complain chances are that no action will be taken against these agentsor customer care people......they intentionally not pick ur phone....official website is being fabricated.....or will not open......there is a great nexsus going on......

Birla Sun Life is also another Cheat. They charged 79% as first year premium. Now after paying 5 yearly installments, my Fund value is less by 70,000 compared to the total premium I paid. May be better to manage your own money and burn your fingers rather than fall for these cheats. - Birla Sunlife sufferer
I was also taken for a ride by ICICI Pru pension scheme. After investing for 5 years, my final amount in my account was hardly equal to the amount I invested - 'ZERO' appreciation and above all, I was compelled to accept their pension plan and I get less than 5% interest on the money kept with them and I cannot take back this money also - Bajaj Allinz is worse. they gulped all (almost) the money I put in as the first years premium - the agent must have got most of it - He has now disappeared!. Max life charges a fees EVERY MONTH (takes care of their salaries I am sure !)
All of them without exceptions are Cheats - poison coated with chocolate! I found that I have the capacity to invest my money much better than all these cheats! shekar
Stanchart sold me ULIP of Bajaj Allianz assuring me of guaranteed returns.Even after 3 years i am struggling to break even.The worst part is the Executive of Stanchart has stopped interacting with me.These well educated ,savvy,sophisticated corporate agents are worse than those who sell financial products for a living. Only because u see a fund value there, donot panic. Even regular insurance has high charges innitially but u never knw bcoz here u are interested in the maturity amt. See after 5-7 yrs. U will sure make good profit. Also keep managing ur funds.

BANKs are in business of deposits and Loans, they should stick to their core expertise. They should not dabble in selling Insurance/MF and other products. The highly paid executives have no accountability towards the customers, they focus only on fulfilling targets. RBI is sleeping when the banks are fooling customers
Can one believe on the expertise of Bankers / Institutions who are moblizing to achieve their targets set by their corporate offices.It is better to have local advisors who are in profession for good time.
