alone will never solve poverty and illiteracy.. what is the gov doing? why dont they open more schools in villages, and provide better facilities? by saying yes to 'reservation' and thinking thats the only solution, we are rewarding incompetence of the government, who are more than happy to keep poor as poor and illiterate
