Good collection of points ! One may also look at social/family involvement of workmates. A study of the Japanese "vertical" social stucture vis a vis an organisation, as opposed to our own "horizontal" social structure - and adapting it partially in our own context - would prove invaluable too.
Hi This is a good article and definitely if practiced would enable one and all enhance culture and values and would be helpful in having more family and friendly environment and one would start loving his/her office. But it has to be practiced by all.It could be difficult for one to keep smiling and greeting others despite not getting any reciprocation. The artcile should have also addressed how we should handle situations when does not get any reciprocations. Must know how we can help others to learns these?
