It's not right to say only females exposing themselves always get harassed. Truth is, such girls / women are more vulnerable to harassment than those who prefer to dress decently.

Dear varghse,
First If any women wears burqa it does't mean she is muslim. Secondly the women about whome you are talking about are is not muslims by default if they wear burqa but they use it to conceal their identity. If you also wear a burqa and roam on roads people automatically feel that you are a muslim girl............. even HIMESH RESHAMMIYA wore when he visited Ajmir darga to conceal his identity............ Use your brain before coming to conclusions.

some lovers pairs particularly girls just to safeguard them from their parents, they are blaming their faculty.
