Income tax rebate on the honorarium received from consulty

I am a scientist in ICAR. I have received honorarium for doing consultancy. Will I be liable for giging income tax on this honorarium received from the consultancy fee to the insitution.

i am a ipensioner as well as consultant. is it necessary to file return seperatly for pension and income from profession.
