Why do a word Boss exists. It is not exactly the boss who behaves as a boss.It is really the senior, who behaves as a coach or mentor.
it is true, where it is not true those individual booses are lying.the only thing they do id trying to project a professional outlook to the concept of chamchagiri.
While the are chamchas themselves and have grown only on account of that, and wud want all there employees to do the same.god save those nutcases as someday if they god will give them a god stick in the back side for playing with careers of guys with potential but no chamchagiri in the blood.
Its very much important to be yous boss's chamcha, as I have seen in many offices people get promoted, some of them because of their abilities and other due to boss's grace. Chamcha giri helps a lot in getting hikes, bonus and achievement letters.
We all like foke lift lifting. But, whether you can be successful as a Boss Chamcha depends on the organization you work for. If organizatin doesn't have much to offer you, bosses will leave no opportunity to pull you down. If they have opportunity suddenly, and you don't request them for that then you are not smart. Life goes on and such jinxes continously come back to us in various relations. If boss-subordiante relations is good, it is ultimately good for the organization as organization gets a protective mind of subordinates, which helps an organization to grow.
There are three types of pepole in the organsation. * Chamchas with Hard Work------ Very Successful in carrier Chamchagiri only Average or even below average output ------- Are Successful Hard working & best output&dont do chamchagiri ------Are not Successful &change the organ& No body listen to them, even a topman of the organsation.

It totally depends on your boss! There are bosses who dont believe on chamachgiri and dont like the people doing chamachagiri. If Boss is impotent then he trying to make a world of chamacha arouind him to keep him updating.

Jai Chamchagiri. Nothing works like it neither nor Gandhigiri or Goondagiri.
There are many chamchas in India who stay late to impress the boss and spoil the work culture. These poor people should be given some money so give up their chamchagiri.
