Hello, I am a housewife & a mother of 1 year old baby. Still i feed my baby.My height is 5ft 2 inc and I weigh 72 kgs. I want to loose weight and my target is 55 kgs asap. I have tried many methods but have faild.
Vital statistics: never dared to measure (to save myself from a mental shock)...my height is 5'.1"

Daily routine: Now I have no routine..eat n sleep whatever n whenever I like. BUT while I was working.. Woke up at 6am..have a big glass of lime water with 4-5 almonds..droped my sis to her stop on bike. get ready n leave by 8. Have 1 glassful of milk (tonned/ lukewarm).Take a bus..walk down to other stop..10min brisk walk or late...Reach office by 9:30am n have a small cup of cofffee. lunch at 12:30 or 1pm (2paranthas n Dal/veggi). Small cup of coffee again at 3:30 or 4pm. Leave off by 7 pm walk down to stop (again a 10min brisk walk). Reach home by 9pm. Dinner at 10(3-4 chappati with Dal)n off to sleep at 11:30pm. Have at least 1 ltrs of water in a day.
Even while I was working..I weighed at around 65kg..had a huge tummy..and a double chin...and sadlly the senario is still the same.
P.S: The only thing that I stii follow stictly- take a big glass of sweet limewater n 4-5 almonds everyday when I wake up.
Please do help me as I'm fed up of myself being fat..and confined myself into 4 walls.
Hi, I am a 23 years old man.My height is 5feet 3inches only.Can u suggest me some yoga to increase my height by 2-3 inches quickly.Have I crossed the upper age limit for height growth? A quick suggestion will be appreciated.

hey i am 20 yrs of age n my weight is 55kgs although u may think i am ok but i hv broad hips n a pounch comin out which doesnt really look nice on me my schedule is this way as i am a collg student i wake up at 5:30 leave for collg at 6 before leaving for collg hv a cup of tea then afterwards in collg at 10:30 eat a sandwich or dosa cos by then i am really hungry and again arnd 12pm sumthn ... then i come home by 3:30 n eat lunch thats rice fish curry n vegetable n go to sleep then wake up after 2-3 hrs n clean ie sweep n sawb the house then go down to meet frnds come bac hv bath eat food n go to sleep i cnt afford to go to the gym i dunt knw wat to do please help me
