I think we are Indians and it is shamefull incidence for all of us.
Why such mishaps occur in our culturally riched country. such designers should be suspended at lest for two years. It spread poisonous message for new generation.

Wake Up FDCI
by Manish Kumar on Apr 02, 2006 01:45 PM

All I want to say that this is a very CHEAP PUBLICITY STUNT,adopted by designers. For such a intentional default designers should be barred from participation in any such future event like this or a fashion show atleast for a period of one year.I am not able to understand why the FDCI is silent on this issue till now, because such incidents are increasing day by day in order to attain cheap publicity.FDCI by not taking any action against these designers is protecting them and giving its silent consent to such incidents .
Some Check mechanism should be evolved by the organisers of such shows in order to prevent such incidents.I think one way could be to immediately stop the show of the designer the moment he or she commits such a default.

penalised
by sharad on Apr 02, 2006 01:15 PM

my view regarding the malfuction is let the designer to walk the ramp and face the same situation then they will come to know what happen when such thing occurs. they should be penalised for that and evn pay a compensation to the models with whom it happened. i think they should be ban for year or two. i know models are used to even though they should first practice wearing the same desiginer clothes before giving it a final GO.
