Dear sir, My son has got conditional offer from Brunel University for MSc Business Systems Integration course. We have paid the registration fees and waiting for the unconditional offer from university.We are maintaining a fixed deposit in a Nationalised Bank in my son's name to cover the full amount of tutition fees plus the full amount required for the living expenses for the one year course.IS THE FIXED DEPOSIT doc sufficient for visa issuing officials to issue visa.Pl. clarify. Hi, i was applying for UK student visa and i was told that i cannot get sponsored by any third party apart from my parents.I can show either 1. fixed deposit 2.saving account 3.student loan
Option 1 and 2 has to be either in applicants name or applicant's parents name. option 3 has to be in applicants name only. Is it not possible to show them fixed depoist of the company which is ready to sponspor me? please guide me!!

i had applied for student visa on 25th jan 2010 but got refused bcoz while showing sources of funds i showed a loan letter from co-operative credit society.Officer said that society is not registered under Reserve bank of India. but actually it is registered but not under RBI. it is registered under maharashtra state co-operative association which is fully legal.
so if i reapply again for visa with the proof of this registration certificate (photocopy) & REG. no. so my appication will be accepted or refused. please reply me as soon as possible.

I need some information about previous earnings for Tier 1 visa. As i ve all the docuemnts ready including payslips and intax papers. But i dont have bank statement for last 12 months where my salary was credited. I can show of last 3 mtonhs with balance which they asked for. If it safe to apply for that visa without last 12months bank statement.
