i am working in private company. i have read the news papers and english magazines but i not speak in the continuosly. when i prepare the speak in english please suggest it

HI, there u can try dis out - 1.Try to read books loudly. 2.Converse to as many as in english. 3.Think in english. 4.Whenever comeacross to a new word get it's meaning and use it in your conversation. 5. Have confidence.

start watching english news. read an english newspaper.
Buy a english dictionary with meanings in a language you understand.Like English-marathi. It may be your mother toungue also. In the newspaper you read there will always be words you do not understand. Daily have a list of 2-3 words and search the dictionary.
