Dear Pooja

start watching english news. read an english newspaper.

Buy a english dictionary with meanings in a language you understand.Like English-marathi. It may be your mother toungue also. In the newspaper you read there will always be words you do not understand. Daily have a list of 2-3 words and search the dictionary.

These are some ofthe ways you can improve.

Could you apprise me more on learning better vocabulary when I want to use in between the sentence
when I am writing and talking to others. I do not
have reading habits but I read only news paper and somehow I manage to pickup some new words and try
to use as and when I write letters.

English

Hi,

I am not too sure about spoken English but in written English, it would be much more appropriate to frame the last two sentences as follows:

"This hampers my fluency and I end up speaking wrong English. Please suggest how to overcome this problem".

Note that I have removed "in" and added "English" at the end of the sentence to make it clear.

In the last sentence, I removed both "to" (as suggested by Ms. Fritter) and "me" (as in the original sentence). Why use extra words when doing away with them conveys the same meaning clearly without violating any grammar rules?

Regards,
Joydeep

Mrs.Kavitha,

As they suggested, you can subscribe for dictonary.com to learn new words quickly and just
try to use the words by way of sending mail to your
friends like me to enable you to communicate what ever the words you learn from newspaper/ reading books etc. Communication is more important rush now start communicate to others.
