Dear Sir,I booked my ticket in 3 tier sleeper on 01/10/08aginst id 0068011154 and PNR no 2152546894. Previously i have tried two times for 2 tier sleeper but both time it shown error.Now I find that both time my payments (Rs.5858/-)have been deducted from my account.Please refund my payments as early as possible. with regards Debamrita Saha

On 17th Feb 2009,I booked Etickets for 5perons from Chennai Central to Bangalore city by 2607 Lalbagh Express chaircar. I didn't get the ticket; but Rs.1589/- has been debited to my bank account.Similarly,when I booked for the second time also,I didn't get the ticket;but again,payment of Rs.1589/-has been deducted.Please refund the amounts,since the tickets have not been delivered to me. today 05/12/2007 at 22.30 pm i tried to cancel one passenger from my valid e ticket for lko to ndls [PNR no. 2444541840 Trans ID no0032792391] booked on 5/12/2007 for a journy on 11/12/2007 but could not be cancelled as the site reported the time & date of journey bieng passed. is this a joke? what can be done regarding this? can anybody guide me?

hi it happens when ur system date is not correct or it is after the journey date
