hi my name is anish and i need a form 16 to submitt to the bank as i need an educational loan , my father is a govt emplyee and has not much knowledge about all this .
can we request for one and will the employer give for teh last 2 years ... please adv urgent

Instead of raising your voice here you should speak to your boss. Explain your problem / issues, I think he may issue you form 16
