If you want to get some feel of urban/rural Indian realities; there is a front page article in todays Wall Street Journal on Indian mega cities.
I dont say WSJ is 100% correct on all articles; this article talks about some reality.
If u think India is going to change 2 morrow by either BJP or Cogress; then u are living in a f.....lish paradise. Sub mada............th chor hai. Cong was playing match and BJP will play one day in corruption.
Assuming that India's population growth rate is reduced to a level just to replace the dying population; to bring 75% of Indian population to a decent standard of living (lets say standard of living of a developed country in the Asian stanadard; eg. Malaysia) will take not less than 50 years; if all other things such as economic growth etct etc maintain the same rates.
BJP has better alliances and the reason for that thr alliances are complimenting each other and growing the number unlike congress where the below is the situation:
If Left supports cong...out goes Trinamool Congress(Trinamool and Left cannot be in the same govt)
If Cong takes support from AIADMK(amma) out goes DMK(AIADMK AND DMK cannot be in the same govt)
As of now TRS(KCR) has changed its stance and supporting BJP and if tomorrow Left supports Cong then TDP has no choice but to support NDA...
Cong Allies like Lalu paswaan are not doing great...
Where as BJp's allies are not only doing good but they are excelling and complimenting each other...

Earlier there used to be Congress Vs all other parties trying to keep it out. These days it is BJP Vs all other parties. Looks like the scenario has changed.
There is no doubt that Congress will win the most number of seats and UPA will have enough seats to form a government. President will definitely call the party with most number of seats and it will be congress. Advani will get the heart attack and the downfall of Modi will start.

Mahatma Modi is not a slave of any family nor he is converted Xian , he is a elected leader of one of the most progressive states of India.
He is only crushing anti nationals who have sprung up in every nook and corner courtsey Congi rule of 60 yrs because of vote bank politics.

Actually we have given chance to all kinds of cheats and murderers who have sold our country, so the third front might not be any more disastrous than that.

This is not impossible, but hard to believe that Pawar with hardly 15 seats will be the PM. I know he is the most experienced politician but he won't get the support that he needs to be a PM from other party.

You might be right about that. Although his comments dont seem anything to make a hue and cry about, they were unnecessary and he could have avoided them.
